Rice cooked in chicken stock with a blend of minced meat and spices topped with
chicken meat, roasted pine kernels and almonds.

Lamb kafta skewers

A blend of minced meat, onions, parsley, salt and spices, barbecued.

Samky harah

Pan fried fish fillets in our distinct fresh herb and nut tahini sauce, topped with
a generous layer of roasted pine kernels and roasted almonds. Served hot or mild.



Chick-pea mash blended with tahini sauce, garlic, lemon juice and salt.

Baba ghanouj

A blend of smoked egg-plant mixed with tahini sauce, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and spices.


Greek salad

Tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, olives, olive oil, feta cheese, herbs and spices.

Seafood salad

King prawns, lobster tail, squid, shallots, with Mediterranean herbs, lemon juice
and olive oil dressing, topped with roasted pine nuts.
